This is my very first video lesson, so thank you in advance for the understanding of any shortcomings. Today’s class includes: stretching, basic curriculum, basic kick, basic 1 and 2 forms, Taegeuk 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 forms, and Black Belt forms Korye Form, Geumgang Form, and Taebaek Form. Lastly, I will conclude with physical training, such as push-ups and sit-ups, Mountain Climber, Jack Knife, Reverse Crunch, Scissor Kick, Burpee test, Plank, that everyone can do at home.
